You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- By purchasing, you agree to our privacy policy regarding how we store and handle your personal data.
- All orders are binding. Any attempt at fraud or submitting false orders will be reported to the authorities.
- As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the product's value has decreased, we reserve the right to deduct compensation before issuing a refund within 14 days.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or to orders placed by businesses.
- If you receive damaged items, we’ll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. We’ll cover all shipping costs in such cases.
- All products are covered by the legal warranty, which means they must meet reasonable expectations for normal use.
- We are not responsible for any typographical errors, sold-out items, or color differences due to screen display settings.
FULL TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Definitions
1.1. Terms of Service: These terms of service.
1.2. SignOnline International: The seller, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office under number 556873-3462.
1.3. Website: The site operated by SignOnline International, www.signsonline.com, including all subdomains.
1.4. Customer: Any individual or business that enters into an agreement with SignOnline International or registers on the Website.
1.5. Agreement: Any contract between SignOnline International and the Customer, of which these Terms of Service are an integral part.

2. Applicability
2.1. These Terms apply to all offers, sales, and deliveries unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2.2. Any additional or conflicting terms from the Customer will only apply if confirmed in writing by SignOnline International.
2.3. If specific product or service terms apply alongside these Terms, the most favorable clause for the Customer will apply in case of conflict.
3. Agreement Formation
3.1. An agreement is created once the Customer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
3.2. If the offer is accepted electronically, SignOnline International will confirm receipt without delay. Until confirmation is received, the Customer may cancel the agreement.
3.3. If incorrect details are provided, SignOnline International may postpone fulfillment until correct information is received.
3.4. SignOnline International reserves the right to assess creditworthiness and refuse or condition orders based on legitimate concerns.
4. Prices and Shipping
4.1. All prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Shipping fees are shown during checkout. A fee of $29.90 will be charged for unclaimed packages or those returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
4.3. We make every effort to ensure website accuracy, but cannot guarantee all information is current and error-free.
4.4. We are not responsible for any color discrepancies caused by screen settings.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment must be made using the options available during checkout. Payment methods may change over time. For post-delivery payments, a 14-day payment window applies from the date of delivery.
6. Order Fulfillment
6.1. Once the order is received, SignOnline International will ship the products as soon as possible, typically within 3 working days.
6.2. We may engage third parties to help fulfill the order.
6.3. In the event of a major delivery delay, we’ll notify you. You may accept a new delivery date or cancel the order free of charge.
6.4. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any issues.
6.5. Risk transfers to you once the order is delivered. If you choose in-store pickup, risk transfers upon handoff.
6.6. If the ordered item is no longer available, a comparable product may be sent. You can cancel and return it at no charge.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Exceptions include custom-made products and all orders placed by businesses, which are non-returnable.
7.2. The 14-day period begins the day after you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the item, or:
for multiple items in one order: when the last item is received;
for deliveries in parts: when the last part is received;
for regular deliveries: when the first item is received.
7.3. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Initial shipping charges are not refunded.
7.4. You may open the package and inspect the item only as necessary to evaluate it, similar to doing so in a store. Items must be returned in original packaging.
7.5. If items are used beyond this inspection, you may be responsible for a reduction in value.
7.6. To cancel, email info@signsonline.com. You then have 14 days to return the product to:

7.8. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation via the original payment method.

8.2. We’ll respond within 3 business days. If we can’t provide a full response right away, we’ll confirm receipt and let you know when to expect a full reply.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
10.2. Unless otherwise required by law, any disputes will be submitted to a competent court in Sweden, where SignOnline International is based.
10.3. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts stay in effect. The invalid clause will be replaced by a valid one that reflects the original intent.
10.4. “Written” also includes email communication, provided the sender's identity and message integrity are verifiable.
