Shipping and Delivery

Production and Dispatch Time
Most of our products are typically produced and dispatched within two business days from the time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, please allow some additional time for the shipping carrier to complete the delivery.

Shipping Methods

• Smaller deliveries are sent as trackable letters or lightweight parcels. These are handled by your local national postal service (e.g. USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the UK, La Poste in France, etc.). You will receive a tracking number once the item is dispatched, allowing you to follow the shipment all the way to your mailbox.
• Larger packages are shipped with UPS or DHL, depending on your location and the nature of the product. These couriers offer reliable service and detailed tracking throughout the delivery journey.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its progress.
